Terah Stockdale Thomas came to JCHA to speak about Credit Importance. This event was an initiative of the Family Self Sufficiency program to highlight National Credit Education Month.

Natasha Gray, a single mom of three, enrolled in Jefferson County Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Program in 2003 and subsequently, joined the Family Self-Sufficiency Program in May, 2018 for assistance with credit repair. Over the years, she has worked hard to become self-sufficient. Natasha has maintained full time employment. This year, she has focused on improving her credit. Ms. Gray became a first time homeowner on July 31, 2018. Congratulations to Natasha and her family!
