Congrats Janae Levert, FSS Homeownership Program Success

Ms. Janae Levert enrolled in the JCHA Family Self-Sufficiency Program in 2018. She is a single mother of three. Ms. Levert has been employed on her job for three years. Because Ms. Levert was employed full time, she was able to earn an escrow credit. When Ms. Levert closed on her new home, she was able to use her escrow earning as part of her down payment and closing cost. Congratulations to Ms. Levert, from JCHA!
