FSS Success - Congrats Ms. Lyons on Becoming a Homeowner!

Ms. Cecelia Lyons joined the FSS program in 2015, with the ultimate goal of homeownership. Although she faced a number of hurdles early on, Ms. Lyons "dug in her heels" and worked diligently to successfully jump each hurdle and complete the process of first-time homeownership on November 2, 2020.
