A new school year has begun. Our children will once again be out early in the morning and afternoons, walking and waiting for the school buses to pick them up and drop them off. So, let's be mindful of our children's safety. This year let's be proactive and not reactive and make our children's safety your greatest concern!

NOTE: Public Housing Applications Jefferson County Housing Authority-Fultondale Applications can be picked up on Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. from the Jefferson County Housing Authority's Fultondale Office at 2100 Stoney Brook Lane, Fultondale, AL 35068. You can also print an application from the website JCHA.com.

DO NOT MAIL/FAX YOUR APPLICATION.

  • Fultondale (1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms)
  • Brookside (1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms)
  • Red Hollow (2, 3, and 4 bedrooms)
  • Hickory Grove (1, 2, and 3 bedrooms)

Reminder: If you can't keep your Annual Recertification Appointment, please call to reschedule. Please bring all required documentation with you on the day of the appointment.

Please be reminded that toys, bikes, balls, etc., should not be left in grass-cutting areas at any time!

Trash cans are to be pulled back to the unit after trash pickup on Friday. All trash cans on the curb on Monday will be charged $25.00 for noncompliance.

Furniture pick up is Wednesday morning, starting at 7:00. Please do not put any furniture out until Tuesday evening. NO EXCEPTIONS!
