JCHA is seeking a qualified individual to provide quality control inspections of Section 8 properties. The purpose of this position is to meet HUD requirements regarding quality control inspections. This will be a contract position. The Authority will provide monthly list of randomly selected units for QA inspection, along with forms to be filled out and returned to JCHA. Job duties include communicating with the JCHA designated representative to receive assignments and turn in completed work and invoices. There will be approximately 6 inspections per month, and payment will be based on the number and type of inspections performed. Anyone hired must have the appropriate certification/training to perform the inspections.
