Laundry Room

The laundry rooms on LANE will be down for construction 3/1/2021. The laundry rooms on CIRCLE will be back up starting 3/1/2021.

TIPS WHEN PAYING YOUR RENT

Be sure your correct address is on the check or money, to ensure the payment is posted to the correct account.

Try not to wrinkle, fold or tear payment, in any way. If the scanner can't read the document, it can't be deposited, and you will be asked to resubmit the payment.

The maintenance staff will wear protective masks and gloves while responding to work order requests at your apartment. The tenant must go to another room while staff is present. If you refuse to follow these instructions maintenance must leave, without completing the work.

This is for your protection and the protection of our staff.

Our office charges .25 per copy made for anything not relating to housing or projects generated by our office.

COVID-19 VACCINE

Unfortunately, we have been unable to get a commitment from the health department to administer vaccines, at our site.

If you lost a ring near the mailboxes, in front of the Senior Center building, during the month of January, please call the office, at 205-841-5032.  Please only call if you lost a ring during the month of January 2021.

Daylight savings time begins March 14th.
Don't forget to set your clocks forward 1 hour

Global Fire and Sprinklers, LLC will be on property, over the next few weeks, working on the smoke alarms and the smoke alarm wiring.
