The maintenance staff will wear protective masks and gloves while responding to work order requests at your apartment. The tenant must go to another room while staff is present. If you refuse to follow these instructions maintenance must leave, without completing the work.

Your patience is appreciated as JCCEO works on your power bill assistance applications. Not only are they working with Spring Gardens but they are processing applications for all Jefferson County. Once your application is completed and sent to me, you will be given a call to come to the office to sign it. Again, your understanding during this time is greatly appreciated.
