Every three (3) years, JCHA will utilize an independent tester to examine demographics related to the site-based waiting lists to assure non-discriminatory practices.

To enable applicants to be informed of all housing options available to them, JCHA has posted on its website information on location, number and size of accessible units, local amenities (e.g., day care, security, transportation, training programs, etc.). Print versions of the information is also posted in all JCHA offices.
