- Lease Reminder: Sec. .II Paragraph (P) Not to keep or allow dogs, cats, or any other animals or pets without permission
- Don't forget: Call the management office to schedule an appointment to make changes to your family composition or family income. This includes the loss of income, the start of a new job, an increase in the number of hours worked or a decrease in the number of hours worked, or an annual pay raise. Income also includes social security benefits, retirement pensions and supplemental security Income (SSI), self-employment, bills that are paid for you, or money received from family members or friends.

Home Safety Tips for the Holidays-(BURGLARY)
Potential burglars don't need to know what type of computer or flat-screen TV is now in your home. When throwing gift packaging, break down all boxes and place them in a dark trash bag or closed container, not an open bin. If you are unable to use one of these containers, consider waiting to put your trash out until the day of pickup to reduce the time boxes are left out in the open. Likewise, don't allow burglars to window shop. Keep valuable items like computers and piles of gifts out of easy sight, away from windows or doors. If you're going out of town, keep the shades drawn. Check for identification before opening the door to a stranger. Including delivery people; criminals sometimes pose as couriers delivering gifts. If you're going to be away from home for a few days, create the illusion of occupancy. Put a couple of indoor lights on timers and enlist a friend or neighbor to collect your mail, newspapers, and deliveries, and have someone shovel your driveway or walkway. *As an inexpensive way to recover from break-ins, fire occurrences, and other mishaps in and around your residence it is important for all residents to have and maintain Renters Insurance during your tenancy!
